TNEA 2025 Rank List Released: Over 2.39 Lakh Candidates Secure Ranks
Chennai, June 27, 2025: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu, has published the highly anticipated TNEA 2025 Rank List for engineering admissions. A total of 2,39,299 candidates have been assigned ranks, with the list now accessible on the official portal tneaonline.org.

Key Highlights:

Perfect Scorers: 141 candidates secured the top rank (200/200).

Rank Calculation:

Ranks based on scaled Class 12 marks (Mathematics scaled to 100; Physics + Chemistry to 100).

Weightage: Mathematics > Physics > Chemistry.

Tie-Breaking:

Subject-wise marks > Class 12 total percentage > Older candidate > Higher TNEA random number.

Rank List Details:

Includes application number, name, community, aggregate marks (out of 200), and community rank.
