Google has officially launched its AI-powered search experience for all users in India, ditching the waitlist and Labs requirement. Starting today, the "AI Mode" tab appears directly in Google Search and the Google App search bar across the country (English only).
Here’s what users get:
Ask Anything: Type, use voice, or snap a photo with Google Lens to ask complex questions.

AI-Powered Answers: Receive comprehensive, summarized responses generated by Google's latest AI models.
Dive Deeper: Responses include helpful links to explore topics further and allow follow-up questions.

This end-to-end AI search experience aims to transform how Indians explore information – from deep learning dives to understanding complicated tasks. The rollout will continue over the coming days.
