Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup (244g) reduced-fat milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp (32g) smooth natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
